Delivery Information
Online orders placed with Mick's Man Cave will be delivered by Royal Mail
Even the smallest item will be delivered to your door, so please provide us with a physical address that is normally occupied during office hours. Please note that the Royal Mail will only deliver to a physical address, and no P.O. Box number/addresses.
We use Royal Mail 1st Class delivery on most items. We offer free delivery on most items.
The exception is the Thomas range as Royal Mail charge us the Small Parcel Rate, we can not avoid this added cost. However, you can add up to ten trains and the postage will still be exactly the same. It's the same price to post one as it is ten.
All exports will be charged at your countries standard rate. We export to all major destinations, IOSS is taken care of as is the CN22 for customs clearance.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery generally takes between 1-3 working days.
For very remote areas the delivery could take longer.
Where can I find information about my order?
If you would like to determine the status of your order, you can do so through one of the following channels:

2. Track your order using your unique order number on Royal Mail’s Track and Trace system ( where applicable)
Unwanted Products
Our policy is to ensure that you are satisfied every time you place an Order with micksmancave.co.uk. If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it, you may return it with the dispatch note, unused, having taken reasonable care of it and complete with packaging and all components, for a full refund within 14 working days from date of purchase.
We will make the refund directly to the credit/charge card used to place the original order within 30 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you. You will only have to pay for the return postage of the products.
Faulty Products
We try to select and package the Products as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a Product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return the Product to us at the postal address below within 14 days of receipt.
In these circumstances we will also pay you the cost of the return postage or provide a postage label for you. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.

This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Please contact us by telephone or email to inform us of your wish to return Products. We may allocate you with a Returns Code which should be included with the package to improve processing of your return. We may also advise you how to send the item back to us. Occasionally items may have to be picked up by a Royal Mail service. Otherwise, please use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt and return to:
